Information and purposes
The form requires your name, age, city, phone number and acknowledgement of this notice. You can also provide a preferred role, availability or a message. This information is used to respond, contact you and consider opportunities relevant to your application. Do not include health information, intimate details or other unnecessary sensitive data. If further documents are needed, their purpose will be explained. The application service is intended for adults.
Legal basis and your choice
Responding and taking the pre-contractual steps you request through your application are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The form checkbox acknowledges that you have read this notice; it is not general consent to advertising or disclosure to third parties. Providing information is optional, but we cannot process the form without essential fields. You can contact us for clarification. Necessary service security processing relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the service, subject to necessity and proportionality; applicable legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Sharing with venues
Applications are reviewed by people authorised to handle enquiries for SeleneHostess. Information is shared with a venue only after you have been told who will receive it, for what purpose and which data will be sent, and after your specific consent has been obtained. Submitting the form does not automatically authorise this sharing. You may decline; in that case we cannot present you to that venue. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Application retention
SeleneHostess retains applications and related communications for no more than 6 months after the last relevant contact. They are then deleted or anonymised. Only records needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be retained for the applicable period, with access and use restricted to those purposes. Information concerning a subsequent working arrangement may be covered by a separate notice. You may request earlier erasure where the GDPR provides for it.
Handling and providers
The form sends the application by email through the site's configured SMTP service; it does not publish candidate information. Hostinger provides hosting and technical email services. Authorised people and technical providers may access information as necessary for their tasks, as may competent authorities where the law requires it. If you choose WhatsApp or your email application, those providers process information under their own notices. The site does not make selection decisions based solely on automated processing.
Technical data and external services
Providing the site involves the hosting infrastructure processing technical information such as IP addresses, requests and browser details. This supports service delivery, security and fault handling for the time needed for those activities and relevant checks or requirements. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection data. Opening an external service's link brings its own terms and privacy notice into operation. You may request information about relevant providers and retention criteria.
Technical cookies and preferences
A PHP session protects the form, manages submission messages and limits rapid repeat submissions. Its technical cookie, normally PHPSESSID, identifies the session and is not for advertising; its browser lifetime is the session. The TermsFeed preference manager uses cookies such as cookie_consent_user_accepted, cookie_consent_level and cookie_consent_user_consent_token, configured for 180 days. TermsFeed also receives technical data needed to deliver its component. These tools remember and apply your choices. The technical selene_privacy_version cookie records the preference version for 180 days.
Google Ads and cookie choices
Google Tag Manager and its configured Google Ads tags are loaded only after consent to the advertising category. They measure actions related to campaigns and enable the advertising functions configured. Online identifiers, device details and site interactions may be processed. Depending on configuration and choices, Google may use cookies such as _gcl_* (up to 90 days) and IDE (up to 13 months in the European Economic Area). Refusal does not prevent browsing or applying. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal blocks subsequent loads and does not undo earlier processing; existing cookies can also be removed in your browser settings. Advertising functions rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
International transfers
International providers, including Google and services you choose to contact us, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service and may include adequacy decisions and GDPR standard contractual clauses. The provider references below explain their processing and mechanisms. You may ask hr@selenehostess.it for information and a copy of safeguards applicable to processing for which the controller is responsible.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Email hr@selenehostess.it describing your request. To protect information, we may ask for details necessary to confirm your identity. We respond within GDPR time limits, normally one month, informing you of any justified extension. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
