What to Expect in Your First Month
Starting a new job in a foreign country can feel overwhelming. Here's what actually happens when you join Selene Hostess, step by step.
Week 1 — Arrival & settling in
We meet you at the agreed point, take you to your accommodation, and introduce you to the venue. Your first days are about getting comfortable — learning the layout, meeting the team, and finding your rhythm. No pressure.
Week 2 — Your first earnings
By the end of your first week on shift, you receive your first payment. 80–100 EUR per day goes directly to you. You'll also start to understand the bonus system and how to maximise your income.
Week 3–4 — You hit your stride
Most girls tell us the third week is when everything clicks. You know the regulars, you know what works, and the evenings start feeling natural. This is when earnings typically increase.
Throughout — We stay in touch
Our team checks in regularly. If anything feels off — the venue, a colleague, a client — you contact us directly and we handle it. That's what we're here for
