How does working in a night club work?
Working in a night club in Italy is very simple. Hostesses welcome visitors to the club. Customers know the rules: if they want to talk to a particular girl, they have to order her a drink. Each drink = 15-20 minutes of conversation = 1 drink. The more drinks ordered during the evening, the greater the possible bonus to your rate. Your mission is to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere, to converse, smile and always look good.
Do I have to drink alcohol?
Absolutely not. You can order non-alcoholic drinks, no problem.
Salary in a nightclub
Many girls wonder how much is earned in night clubs in Italy. On average, real figures start at 2000 euros per month, and depending on your motivation, communication skills and desire to work, you can earn even much more. Keep in mind that you will not have to pay for accommodation, which will save you a lot.
Where are the night clubs located?
We cooperate only with reliable and reputable night clubs whose owners we know personally. The clubs are located in northern and central Italy, the best regions to work in night clubs.

What are the working hours?
Working hours are from 22:00 to 04:00, with Friday and Saturday until 05:00. Hours may vary slightly depending on club rules. You will work 6 days a week, with one day off. If you need an extra day off, we can always arrange it in advance.
How do I deal with lodging?
In every city, clubs offer free housing with everything you need to live comfortably. You can have a private room or a shared room with 2-3 people. We will discuss all the details of accommodation before you arrive.
How to dress for work?
You need to be stylish, attractive and bright. You don't need to wear designer clothes, just keep your clothes tight and short, accompanied by high-heeled shoes. We advise you to have your hair down, neat makeup and nice perfume.
Can I come with a dog/cat?
Some clubs allow you to come with pets. It is important to let us know in advance so we can make arrangements with the club.
